Another Little Victory

The news is very simple. Pennsylvania drops the inheritance tax for farmers. Children used to pay a 4.5% inheritance tax and siblings used to pay a 12% inheritance tax.

GONE!

The next step is for the tax payers of Pennsylvania to bring a class action law suit against Pennsylvania for discrimination. Claim crony-capitalism. Demand the law applies to everyone. This could be done.

Could we be seeing a trend? A month ago we saw a story about North Dakota possibly getting rid if the property tax.

Cross your fingers. There are pockets of freedom popping up here and there.
