Government Force on Children

You will do as you are told or there will be consequences.

Children that are 8 or 9 years old do not fit in handcuffs. So how do you put handcuffs on a child? Put their arms behind them and use the handcuffs above the elbow.

What could cause a child so young to be treated as such?

• Trying to leave an isolation room
• Not doing as you're told

Gather some friends, write a script on how you think the movie would unfold or how you would write it. Now film it. Now put it on Youtube!

Sony America may have caved in but we don't have to.

Can you imagine if hundreds of amateur versions of the movie appeared on Youtube? Go out and act it out. Animate it. Use puppets. Do claymation. Is Robot Chicken up for this? Maybe Tom Ska?

Maybe Sony will leak the script and everyone can do their own interpretation. Someone can turn it into a stage play. How about a musical?

Can you think of a better way to beat these hackers try at censorship?

If we get hundreds of versions out there maybe Sony will release theirs. After all, the sting will be gone.

Why we don't need the Second Amendment

We have the Second Amendment to provide protection against the government if it raises arms against the people.

Hasn't that been happening?

So many government agencies now have their own police force; this means the agencies have arms. People worry about the NSA collecting meta data but when is the last time you heard of them kicking in an American's door and arresting them? None. However, the Bureau of Land Management had no problem invading Bundy's ranch and killing his cows over a tax dispute. Why not a court order? The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service raided Gibson Guitars over what wood they were using which in the end was shown they did nothing wrong. Couldn't they have sent in an inspector instead of a raiding force?

The point is arms are being raised against the people and that is only two simple examples. However the military is not raising arms against the people but faceless bureaucracies are doing so. This is why people don't recognize the violation for what it is.

We have had the Supreme Court deem it is okay for the government to take your land for financial improvement for the common good and also deem that we can be taxed for our mere existence through the Affordable Care Act.

We are also victims of Congress trying to legislate physics. Fuel efficiency in cars and pollution control causes the design of smaller and or lighter cars that are less safe regardless of their safety features. Incandescent light bulbs were not made illegal by name but made illegal by defining how much energy can be used per lumen. As a result you get bulbs with poisonous mercury or a really expensive LED bulb.

So why do you so love the Second Amendment? Where are the bodies showing you've stood up for your rights? Work within the system you say? Really? The oppression through agencies and regulations are from unelected officials you can not depose. You didn't vote in those judges nor can you kick them out using the system.

We do have elected Congressmen that have passed oppressive laws (A.C.A., light bulbs). Why are they still in power? Is that your version of working within the system?

Recently Gruber, an architect of the A.C.A., said that a tortured language, lack of transparency, and lies were need to pass the A.C.A. because the public were to stupid to approve something he thought was good for them. He's right; you are stupid.

There it is. It has been exposed that for the government to tax you for your existence they had to lie to you because you are too stupid to make decisions for yourselves.

So why are you so attached to the Second Amendment? I see no bodies proving your affection for it. All we get are crazies going into gun free zone and killing innocents; the result is a call for more gun control and you go nuts.

Where are the bodies of those that legislate away your freedoms?

Our lives are so comfortable that no one wants to rock the boat. People are picked off here and there by the government and there are no repercussions.

Cops Caught Plotting To Frame Innocent People On Their Own Dash Cam

Thank God (or those ingenious inventors and law enforcement policies) for dash cams. Some cops (12?) have been caught conspiring to plant drugs on two innocent people on their second illegal search.

The fact that there a quotes of what the officers said in the article:

the house is clean, there is no meth in the house

I got the meth in the ------- car

leads me to believe that this was obtained from the video tape.

However, trial by press and public opinion is wrong. We do need to see where this goes and what the conclusions are. Bare out all evidence.

I prefer to think that bad cops are the few. But why would a cop do anything as nefarious as the above suggests?

No Nationalized Background Checks!

Why are so many people for a nationalized background check for guns? Because they are not thinking it through. Let this happen and the government will draw up a list of potential enemies of the state; the one's that want to protect themselves from the state.

As I write this the following is the election results I am seeing.

Will Galt's Gulch become a reality? Probably. But people will not physically move to a geographical location and go into hiding. What will happen is we will hide our money.

We can build Galt's Gulch by creating a new economic system. Do business in the U.S. but handle our money in foreign accounts completely with a currency that is more stable. The U.S. dollar is going to suffer drastically.

A good place to look to is China. With their currency kept artificially low it would be a great economic system for us to take advantage of. As the dollar falls it will not be possible for China to continue to fix their currency. It will eventually expand to its actual value. If you are invested in it you will make money.

It is sad because the political system in China is Communist but they are moving their economic system more towards capitalism. The U.S. government and economy is moving more towards pure Socialism every day. The capitalists will find a way to remain capitalists.

Galt's Gulch will become a reality. We will starve out the government. The government needs us. We don't need the government.

Life Sentence for Drive By Barbering?

16 people could face life sentences for committing a federal hate crime. What was the crime? Was some one killed? Money stolen? Property destroyed?

No. It was a deviously executed plan to cut perceived religious enemies hair and beards.

Because it is considered a hate crime, someone could get life in prison for cutting hair. Can you imagine trying to explain that to the murderers and rapists that you'd be penned up with? Oh yeah, I forgot. They were also Amish.

Stupidity : The Logic Behind Hate Crimes

What Everett did was wrong. He does deserve to go to jail. What did he do? He assaulted someone and fractured their eye socket.

Everett could face 10 years in jail because what he did is considered a hate crime. He assaulted his victim because he thought the victim might be gay.

Again, this was wrong for him to do. But the Department of Justice got involved and leveraged hate crime laws on this case. So why is hate crime so bad? According to U.S. Attorney McQuade:

A hate crime is different than a simple assault because it is an attack on not just one individual victim, but an attack on everyone who shares a particular characteristic.

That is one of the dumbest leaps of logic I have ever heard. Hitting the victim is like hitting every homosexual in America. Really? These are the sort of people we are putting in charge to prosecute crime and putting the power of the federal government behind them?

This hate crime doesn't really penalize Everett any more than he normally would have. According to Michigan law intent to maim can get you 10 years in prison. He attacked someone because he didn't like them. He wanted to hurt them. This is pretty easy to see.

Instead it becomes a federal issue. The federal government is involved in something that could obviously be taken care of locally. Is it really worth our tax dollars to get this labeled as a hate crime? Since the DoJ got involved we all literally funded the prosecution of a local crime.

Then again, if you think that Everett assault every homosexual in America then you probably think this was money well spent.

In case you have not heard about this yet, the government is trying to ban little balls that are magnets. Even though they are not marketed to children and have warning labels to keep away from children and do not ingest warnings, a couple accidents warrants the government putting a company out of business.

Unbelievable

I am sure every blog is going to post this video. Obama is off the rails and has now publicly stated that no one is responsible for their own success. Being smart has nothing to do with it. Working hard has nothing to do with it.

Your success happens because of someone else.

If you've been successful you didn't get there on your own. You didn't get there on your own!

I'm always struck by people who think "well it must be 'cause I was just so smart." There are a lot of smart people out there. "It must be because I worked harder than everybody else." Let me tell you something. There are a whole lot of hard working people out there.

This is one of the most hideously evil speeches this man has given. He is tearing down the individual and giving credit to the system, the state. The individual is worthless. The individual never accomplishes anything. It was the state that did it. Give credit to the state.

How can people cheer him as he tears them down? Don't they realize what he is saying? Don't they realize he does not value them? He said it plain as day!
