Thin ICE

Illegal immigrants disrupted a North Carolina general assembly. Only one of the participants remain in custody due to a criminal record. There seems to be no use in trying to enforce immigration laws. States shouldn't even try. Georgia and Alabama are having their laws challenged that will allow them to put people who break immigration laws in jail or even allow the State to check on a person's immigration status.
