Pig Ed

Oh no! Government shutdown and sequester!

Don't fear. Pork is here!

From the Department of Education site only, $250+ million in spending the day before government shutdown! Are you kidding me!?

I'm not going to bother reading the whole stories. I'm just going to rip a conclusion from the Department's own happy headlines.

The day before a government shutdown during the sequester the Department of Education spends one quarter of a billion dollars!? Are you freaking kidding me!? Am I really supposed to believe a government shutdown hurts the government!?

Hypocrite's Address

Obama is just so unbelievable. Towards the end of today's statement that he made he said something just absolutely ridiculous.
That’s who we’re here to serve. That’s why we’re supposed to be carrying out these responsibilities. It’s why we should be avoiding these kinds of constant brinksmanship. It’s something that we do in the ordinary process of this extraordinary system of government that we have. You don’t get to extract a ransom for doing your job; for doing what you’re supposed to be doing anyway; or just because there’s a law there that you don’t like.
Did you catch that!?

...just because there’s a law there that you don’t like.

Remember that part of his election platform was he would not enforce a law he didn't like!? Again, he thought that the exact thing he said you shouldn't do was such a good idea that he actually used it!

The Hillary Weiner Problem

A couple weeks ago Anthony Weiner failed an attempt to garner the Democratic nomination for New York Governor, as well as should happen. Unfortunately Hillary Clinton was elected to Senator representing New York while guilty of the same sins as Weiner; she was also elevated to the appointed level of Secretary of State.

Same sins?

Your mind is probably grasping for sexual straws and scandals to understand my accusation. Honestly, if a person was honest about their perversions most would probably say, "okay" or "so what?" But Hillary and Weiner not only lied but tried reversal accusation.

Let us start with Weiner. Such a simple deconstruction. He did something distasteful and was caught. He actually did what he was accused of and it was embarrassing, but not illegal. However he blamed hackers and also blamed the right or Republicans. He actually did something wrong and tried to gain political points by casting accusations that his oponents framed him.

No where close to the truth.

Weiner slandered. He did something bad, claimed he did not do it, and claimed someone else framed him for doing what he actually did. That is not just a simple Nixon cover up but a total projection of "I didn't do it" and throwing guilt upon the innocent.

Hillary is a very close parallel. Part of the reason her horn dog husband was elected in '92 was drama; "bimbo eruptions" put him on the radar. Even more embarrassing is Gennifer Flowers is actually documented on Hillary's wikipedia page.

Once the Monica Lewinsky scandal hit the news Hillary blamed the "right wing conspiracy." Hillary, we all knew Billy cheats on you. We knew you knew. We just wondered what you got from the unionship. You got failed Hillary-care. Count your lucky feathers because Obamacare just might destroy your greatest rivals historical stance.

Let us regress.

Hillary's husband was reported as cheating and she blamed the vast right wing conspiracy. Hillary tried to make political hay of accusing someone telling the truth about something wrong her husband actually did.

And so Hillary tumbles like a Weiner?

She should plummet and plop and stick immobile in the political sludge of D.C. Any political elevation at this point is unearned but facilitated by her gumption and fans.

It seems the most insane blindspot upon the public and press is a "disgression" of what the real wrong is. Who cares that you did "hubba hubba?" If you actually did it is more immoral to accuse your opponent for "lying and saying you did it."

If you cannot own up to it, you are not good enough for any one.

Price Control from Obamacare to Toilet Paper

Oh the stupidity of people and government. People should have health care because it is a right. So to ensure people have health care it is illegal not to have health insurance. And the government defines what needs to be in that insurance. This way if people pay for stuff they don't even need. That pooled together money reduces costs, right? Plus government will limit what you can charge which again reduces costs, right?

One of the popular trends today to get projects of many different types off the ground is "crowd funding." That sort of sounds like Obamacare right? Get a lot people to pay for something. However the difference is "crowd funding" is voluntary and Obamacare is at the point of a gun. A popular project under "crowd funding" could get a lot of money if successful, otherwise the project fails.

Obamacare is like a tax, but not a tax. Are you listening douche bag Justice Roberts? (Someone pee in his morning coffee please.) The government taxes us and takes our money and spends it on what it thinks best. Obamacare tells us if we do not have health insurance we have to pay a fine, not a tax. We are charged for our existence.

Also, if the government limits how much can be charged for services then everything will be affordable, right? Maybe. Most probably it will be affordable but not necessarily available.

Just turn to Venezuela to see what price controls do. If you don't remember this I will refresh your memory. Venezuela suffered a toilet paper shortage because of price controls. It is now so bad that the Venezuelan government has "temporarily" taken control of the toilet paper factories to make sure that toilet paper is being produced for the people. That's right. Force is being used to make sure people make toilet paper.

That is the result of price control.

How steady will your doctor's hand be when he has to operate at gun point?

ABC Family Channel, a new kind of family. Yeah, gay.

I had the ABC Family Channel on for background noise all day because there was a Harry Potter marathon. It is a great set of movies to have on in the background and catch some of your favorite scenes here and there.

Once the marathon was over a show came on called "the Vineyard." And what did I see when I happened to take notice; a lesbian kiss.

This is a family channel?

Sure this is a night time show, but still, homosexuality on the family channel? That just isn't right!

Happy EBT Day

Happy Labor Day! if you're working.

With the sad state and direction of our economy, how long till EBT card holders outnumber the employed? Will "Labor Day" become "EBT day?"

If we counted government workers with the unemployed, would that outnumber private sector workers?

I hope not!
